Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 2624 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: نَزَلْنَا فِي دَارٍ فِيهَا بِئْرٌ إِلَى جَنْبِهَا بَالُوعَةٌ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا إِلاَّ نَحْوٌ مِنْ ذِرَاعَيْنِ فَامْتَنَعُوا مِنَ اَلْوُضُوءِ مِنْهَا فَشَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَدَخَلْنَا عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فَأَخْبَرْنَاهُ فَقَالَ «تَوَضَّئُوا مِنْهَا فَإِنَّ لِتِلْكَ اَلْبَالُوعَةِ مَجَارِيَ تُصَبُّ فِي وَادٍ يَنْصَبُّ فِي اَلْبَحْرِ.
Hadith.24 - It was narrated from Abu Basir that Imam (as) said:
"We stayed in a house with a well beside a drain, with only about two arm-lengths between them. The people refrained from performing ablution from it, which caused them difficulty. So we went to Abu Abdullah (as) and informed him.
Imam (as) said: 'Perform ablution from it, for that drain has channels that flow into a valley, which leads to the sea.'".
