Kāmil al-Ziyārāt

19. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, and from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Muḥammad ibn Khālid Al-Barqi, from ‘Abdil ‘Aďīm ibn ‘Abdillāh Al-Ḥasani Al-‘Alawy, from Ḥasan ibn Ḥakam Al-Nakha’i, from Kuthayr ibn Shihāb Al-Ḥārithi, who said: (One day) while we were sitting with the Commander of the Believers (a.s.) in Ruḥbah, Ḥusain (a.s.) entered. (When the Commander of the Believers (a.s.) saw him), he smiled in a way that his teeth could be seen. Then he (the Commander of the Believers (a.s.)) said: Allāh has mentioned some people in the Qur’an by saying, “Neither did the heavens weep over them, nor the earth, nor were they granted respite” (44:29). I swear to He, who split the grain and created the living beings, that he (Ḥusain (a.s.)) will be killed and the heavens and the earth will weep over him.
