Al-Kāfi
Hadith 604مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْبَرْقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ إِلَّا الْمُخْتَلِعَةَ فَإِنَّهَا اشْتَرَتْ نَفْسَهَا .
8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Barqiy from abu al-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Every divorced woman has the right to receive benefits except women in al-Khul‘ who purchase themselves.’”
