حُمَيْدٌ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) رَجُلٌ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ أَنْتِ عَلَيَّ حَرَامٌ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ وَ لَا طَلَاقٌ .
4. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Safwan from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who says to his wife, ‘You are unlawful for me.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘There is no expiation on him and it is not a divorce.’”
