Hadith 459

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا تَنْقَضِي عِدَّتُهَا آخِرَ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
2. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The waiting period of a widow ends with the end of the longer of the two time periods.’”
