Hadith 447

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ قَالَ فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ إِذَا قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ أَنَّهُ قَدْ طَلَّقَهَا مُنْذُ كَذَا وَ كَذَا فَكَانَتْ عِدَّتُهَا قَدِ انْقَضَتْ فَقَدْ بَانَتْ .
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr who has narrated the following: “Abu al-Hassan al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘If proof is established that she was divorced on such and such date which proves the expiration of her ‘Iddah (waiting period) she becomes a stranger for him.’”
