Al-Kāfi
Hadith 2249عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) كَانَ يَطْلِي إِبْطَهُ بِالنُّورَةِ فِي الْحَمَّامِ .
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from all Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam from Flafs ibn al-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), would apply lime paste on his underarms in the bathhouse.’”
