Al-Kāfi
Hadith 1572عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الدِّهْقَانِ عَنْ دُرُسْتَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) يَتَخَلَّلُ بِكُلِّ مَا أَصَابَ مَا خَلَا الْخُوصَ وَ الْقَصَبَ .
11. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from certain ones who narrated who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a) used to use anything he could find to clean between his teeth, except for palm leaves and reeds.'”
