1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّهْنِ وَالْكَفِيلِ فِي بَيْعِ النَّسِيئَةِ فَقَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِهِ.
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Muhammad ibn Muslim from abu Hamzah who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja’far (a.s.), about security deposit, mortgage and guarantor in transaction on credit. He (the Imam) said, ’It is not unlawful.”’
