Al-Kāfi
Hadith 8125ـ سَهْلٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ إِذَا وُسِّطَ الرَّجُلُ نِصْفَيْنِ صُلِّيَ عَلَى الَّذِي فِيهِ الْقَلْبُ.
5. Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Husayn from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If a man is cut in two pieces, Salah (prayer) is performed on the part in which the heart exists.’”
