Al-Kāfi
Hadith 13484ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) الإِعَادَةُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الأوَّلَتَيْنِ وَالسَّهْوُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الأخِيرَتَيْنِ.
4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ and al-Husayn ibn Muhammad from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida (a.s.), once said to me, ‘In the first two Rak‘at it is performing again and confusion in the second two Rak‘at (has remedies).”’
