Al-Kāfi
Hadith 530 3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ قَوْلِ الله تَعَالَى وَعَلاماتٍ وَبِالنَّجْمِ هُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ قَالَ نَحْنُ الْعَلامَاتُ وَالنَّجْمُ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه )
3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mualla ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ who has said that he asked Imam al-Rida (a.s.) about the meaning of the words of Allah, the Most High, “Through the signs and with the star people do find their way.” (16:16) The Imams (a.s.) said, “We are the signs and the messenger of Allah is the star,”
